IRC is intended to support selective professional opportunities rather than one uniform kind of work. The exact engagement depends on real need, professional fit, jurisdiction, credentials, and scope.
Important distinction
Business Model v1 formally supports the engagement categories below. “Supported” means IRC is prepared to structure opportunities in these forms when a real need exists; it does not mean every category is currently available in every geography or to every radiologist.
Professional consultation with clinicians, institutions, or other specialists around a defined question. Typical compensation basis: hourly, session-based, or project fee.
Professional input on imaging programs, specialty services, workflow, quality, program development, or other defined projects. Typical compensation basis: hourly, day rate, project fee, retainer, or milestone.
Lectures, workshops, case discussions, peer education, or collaborative learning. Typical compensation basis: session, day rate, or project fee.
Institutional meetings, conference participation, or in-person collaboration tied to a real professional need. Typical compensation basis: day or project fee, with approved travel terms stated separately unless the written engagement says otherwise.
